Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zac and his team did an excellent job regrading my entire property. It was a tricky drainage situation that was causing my garage to flood and the team did a great job and fixed my drainage issues. They did quick work and were very responsive to my request as the project progressed. I would absolutely recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The project manager, Zac, took the time to make a thorough analysis of the drainage problem, providing a detailed solution with measurements and pictures, and discussing it clearly with me.
The workers were very careful, expertly avoiding power and water lines, sprinkling system, and internet cables.
They were extremely efficient—several men working as a unit with no time wasted.
They were respectful of my property and my request on where to put excess dirt. On completion of the installation, they cleaned up everywhere they had been on my yard.
The end product was aesthetically pleasing, looking even better than I had anticipated.
All in all, it was a very professional job.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dallas Drainage Pros is an amazing company! I needed a complete drainage overhaul of my front, back, and side yards due to my 100 year old property being neglected for decades before I assumed ownership, and the project came out under budget and under estimated time frame. What really stands out about this company is the attention to detail and the ability of the crew to adapt to changing circumstances as the project progressed.

This was no small job, but the entire crew involved from initial assessment to project completion were complete professionals. The recent rain storms that came through Dallas this weekend put it all to the test and the results speak for themselves. I am very happy with the results and will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing drainage work.

Shout out to Zac and Angel!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For a decade I've had a DIY open sump pit outside my front door. I was perplexed as to how to solve the problem, especially after listening to the suggestions of multiple drainage specialists. After watching their videos, and reviewing customer feedback, I finally reached out to Dallas Drainage Pros. I liked John's suggestions and proceeded to approve the quote. The workers were punctual, respectful, and hard working. Even though my job was relatively small, John made multiple on site visits to monitor how the work was progressing. We made a couple of last minute changes but the workers never skipped a beat. At the conclusion of the work the crew left my property spic and span. I now have a professionally installed, large covered sump pit and pump that discharges to the street via a curb core. I couldn't be happier with the result and no longer have to worry about water running through my front door during torrential rains. I highly recommend Dallas Drainage Pros for your your drainage needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing experience from start to finish. The entire process was straightforward and easy. John and his crew really take care of you and make sure everything is handled the right way. Angel and Edgar were also a pleasure to work with, professional, friendly, and great at what they do.

The job was completed quickly, even before the big storms rolled in, and the results exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be looking forward to working with them again my next project
