It’s rare to find an outstanding business from a random Google search, but Dallas Drainage Pros really nailed their opportunity to make a great first impression with me. This great experience started with their main office working with me to move up my original appointment to avoid the upcoming winter storm approaching Dallas. On the day of the appointment, they kept in touch with me leading up to the appointment letting me know when they would arrive. Once on-site, their crew assessed the situation, determined what needed to be done to solve the problem at hand, and went to work finishing the job in under two hours. Afterwards, their main office followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work done and provided easy options for paying the invoice. Dallas Drainage Pros was referred to me in July 2023 by someone I trust and knows how picky I am about the work I have done. John and his crew just completed their second project on one of our commercial properties and they continue to impress me with their quality of work. First project was extending four 6 “ roof drains that involved cutting into concrete curbs and digging through a massive amount of tree roots. The finished product works well and looks like it has been there since the building was built in 2003. Second project was installing 60 feet of French drain and using the excavated dirt to fill in holes and improve the contour and appearance of some landscaping features plus lay sod in all of the areas. Once again, the finished product was of top quality. The grading significantly improved the appearance of the area and mowing will be much easier. We are now consulting with John on future projects for some of our other properties.
