We engaged Dallas Drainage Pros to install 5 French Drain catch basins in our front yard to divert the rain water away from our house to the back yard. We had foundation problems with expansive soil. They showed up early in the morning and completed the job in two days. After the system was installed, Daniel, the crew leader, asked me to walk around the installation with him to inspect it so I could see the catch basins and drainage pipe before it was covered. He also explained to me how it worked, demonstrated how easy it is to pop open the basins once a year to quickly clean the dirt out of the bottom, and patiently answered my questions. They then closed the system and ran water through it so I could see it after it was routed to my back yard. I noticed that my front yard landscaping plants were preserved and reinstalled without damage. Their crew was very professional, polite and cleaned up each day. When finished and after they were paid, they stayed another hour cleaning and diligently left my front yard cleaner than it was before they came! Drainage issues are never cheap, but they mitigate foundation problems which are worse. My wife and I thought their price charged was very reasonable based upon the extensive labor required to accomplish this! They warrant their labor and materials for a year, but their pipes look thick and impervious! I highly recommend them for any drainage issues!!

John runs a very professional operation. Angel, Daniel and the rest of his crew is outstanding. They arrive when they say and clean up after they finish. John is good at keeping you updated on when he thinks the job will start especially since he is about six weeks out on starting a job. This may seem like a long time but it is worth waiting for him. After much research, I selected Dallas Drainage Pros to address a drainage issue at my front yard (water pooling at the front door, walkway and foundation during heavy rain). They were the only company that used a laser level to assess the low points in my yard in order to come up with a plan to permanently address the issue. They cleaned up after installation and my yard looked like they had never been there, except now I have a fantastic drainage system to move water away from my foundation and prevent pooling. The entire team respected my property (no trash laying around while they worked or after completion) and were considerate of the neighbors yard. They started the job promptly at 7 am each day and worked until about 4 pm, with several guys. The only "negative" I can think of is that you might have to wait a bit to have them get started (likely because they are so sought after and booked up for weeks). However, I waited (approximately 8 weeks from signing my quote until they got started) because I would rather have the project done right, than done fast. If you haven't seen their YouTube page detailing their process, definitely review it and you will see why they should be your go-to for any drainage issues. I had them install the double wall HDPE pipe instead of the PVC, just from the research I had done. Overall, this company is exceptional and I highly recommend them! Awesome company with an awesome owner! I've watched their YouTube videos and I can clearly see the knowledge, honesty, and quality of work you get when hiring this company. I would love to hire them but, unfortunately, I live about a half hour outside their service area. Finding an honest and knowledgeable company in my area is proving to be quite difficult. However, John has been willing to consult with me to help make sure I find the right solution to our drainage problem and don't end up wasting money on a solution that won't work. Not many company owners would be willing to help someone not purchasing their services so that speaks volumes about his character. I highly recommend Dallas Drainage Pros for any of your drainage needs, if you are within their service area. I don't think you'll find a more honest or knowledgeable company!

Highly recommend if you need help with drainage. John is very thorough, and delivers a high quality service. Crew was professional, efficient, and took time to clean up their work area. Another thing I appreciate is how well John communicated with scheduling and progress of the project, he even walked the job when they were done to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They are also on Youtube, which helped me make my decision.
